Author Week 12th - 16th March 2018.

Please make only ONE booking for a maximum of 60 children per school. Please select 1 ticket at check out, and insert the number of pupils you will be bringing with you into your booking form. Additional bookings will be offered once all schools have had the opportunity to book onto a session.

Please note that confirmation of event details will be sent to the email address which is entered at the booking stage – please ensure that details are sent to the appropriate person.

From the 12th - 16th of March the Leicester Tigers will play host to the 'Whatever it Takes' team and 15 enthusuastic authors. There will be talks and workshops. This year pupils will be provided with a free copy of the author's book and may have the opportunity to have it signed by the author.

The details...

• Schools are allocated a maximum of 60 pupil places - Please enter the number of pupils you plan to bring on the booking form. You do not need to include adult numbers.
• Each school is advised to provide a ratio of 1 - 8 adults to children.
  
• Transport will be provided (and coordinated) for you by WiT, with Ausden Clark Coaches - schools do not need to do anything. Buses will arrive at the specified time on your confirmation email. All coaches supplied will be large enough to hold all adults and pupils.

What is next....

Once we have recieved your booking we shall email you a confirmation pack within a couple of weeks which includes details of your session, build up work your school might choose to do, a risk assesment of the venue etc. WiT will then promtly post you a book so that you might reference it with the pupils.

Once you have booked on you DO NOT need to print out your ticket, please wait for the confirmation email.
